Refund policy

​Order Cancellation:

Orders can be cancelled for a 5% fee up to 48 hours after the order has been place to receive a full refund. After 48 hours, order cancellations will be subject to a 40% restocking fee.

We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion if we suspect the order is fraudulent. 

Warranty:

All True Focus Fabrication products carry a three year warranty against manufacture weld defects due to normal use. Products that have failed due to customer misuse or abuse will not be accepted for warranty or refund. Please contact us via email at Contact@truefocusfab.com before returning products.

Returns:

All returned products and canceled orders are subject to a 40% restocking fee. Returns are subject to inspection to ensure that the product is still in new condition and has not been installed. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Returns will only be accepted up to twenty one days after the ship date. True Focus Fabrication is not responsible for return shipping costs.
